We have a MS Access2000 database running on a Windows 2000 Server. Users are running Windows 2000 Professional and each one logs into Domain Controller (which is the Windows 2000 Server). Database is CRM (customer relationship management)with names addresses etc., and appointment and to-do tasks. Each user only as access to their individual clients via their login. Each user has VBA interface loaded on individual PC. Would like each user to be able to sync to a PDA (Palm) device. I would like have the user decide each time whether the sync is a one-way or a two-way sync. (Desktop overwrites handheld or updates on both are saved to both.) You can assume that the palm software will be loaded on each machine and it will be functional. I do not want the user to interact with the palm software.

## Deliverables

Project will run in Access 2000 on Windows 2000 server/clients with acceptable performance. Project needs to be integrated into existing user interface. Project must work with USB PDA devices. Only data from current user is to be synced. Data to be synced is First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Home Phone, Work Phone, Fax Phone, Mobile Phone, email address, To-Do list with dates and desc and name, Appointment desc and date with name, vehicle information and comments to notes. All data will be mapped to proper areas of palm software. User will not have to interact with palm software (pressing the sync button on base unit is OK). I will have access to final code for future enhancements.

## Deadline information

I can send master database with sample data and actual user interface.
