**We require a bandwidth monitoring tool which does the following functions :**
1) Application should have **simple login / logout feature** which authenticates the user. You can use a dummy user with login "user" and password "user". The user should be assigned a total bandwidth that he can use (which can be picked from a text file).
2) Once logged in, the application should start recording the bytes sent and received. It should displays the following in real time:
-**Bytes sent**
-**Bytes Recieved**
-**Total Bandwidth available**
-**Total Bandwidth Used**
3) Assume that total bandwidth available to the user is 1 Mb . When this limit is crossed, the application should logout the user automatically.
4) When user presses logout button application totals users bandwidth usage (bytes sent and recieved) and **saves it in a text file or registry**.
**Please Note :**
a) Application should **count only internet bandwidth** and not network bandwidth or even if it does, it should report the two separately.
b) **We would like this application to be coded as an activeX Component or dll or Class**.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
