cEdit like scripteditor clone which uses CodeSense and DockStudioXP

I need a scripteditor like cEdit which uses the two controls CodeSense and the DockStudioXP 1.5 control from [login to view URL] ! It should contain the functionality of cEdit with some enhancements like a repository window where I can drag & drop my codesnippets to and from the editor window, or an additional entry in the context menu of the windows explorer to open files with certain extensions with this editor.
