Enclosed is the dll that gets the rates from USPS. However, it has one problem on the getinternational rates. The problem is the rate shows as incorrect. For example, Airmail Parcel Post should show 24.45+.55 for Canada with the length and girth at 10 with 100 dollars insurance (assuming confirmation is needed). However, its showing 13.05. The regular rate is okay. Its the ratewithservices property that is incorrect. That needs to be fixed. However, all other parts need to stay the same (if insurance is not offered, not show the rate, if the dimensions exceed the limitations, do not show either). Everyting else is fine. ## Deliverables The source code for the dll showing the correct rate (with services). ## Platform Windows 2000
