Coupon script for PayPal, Storm Pay and World Pay

Not sure how to describe it, but I have a script that does this with PayPal and would let you see what I am looking for. It lets you setup a coupon code for a discount with expiring quanity or date limits. Mine only works with PayPal and would like this to also work with Storm Pay and World Pay. It is written in PHP and MySQL. I would like for it to default to an original price when it expires. It is something I would sell and be installed on the customers website. Would also like an auto installer if possible. This script is setup like a shopping cart where you can purchase one item then keep shopping. This doesn't work well with digital products because of the different download links. it would either need to exclude that feature or be able to deliver several different downloads after payment.
