Add database and funtionality to Typo3 website

Hello, We are looking for a typo3 programmer, who can add functionality to the website we are doing. It is a Swiss webiste for where workers can enter their resumes and employers can search through these resumes and contact potential workers directly. The following functionality needs to be added to the page: - Workers can register by selecting a username and getting the password sent to them. Then they can enter a variety of criteria which describes their education and skills. The entered information needs to be stored in a database so that potential employers can find them by matching search criteria. - Employers can register by entering their contact information and then a username and get a passwor sent to them. Then they can search through our database of workers who have registered. - Employers can post a job advertisement, by entering texts and a number of variables from dropdown menues. The databases are quite extensive and need to be done in 4 languages. But all values of the tables are available as .csv files and a layout of the design has already been provided. In the attached file: "Webpages that need work" you will see which pages need to be re-programmed and what functionalities need to be added. The pages also need to be designed, therefore the freelancer shouldhave experience in webdesign. It would be good if some examples of work could be seen.
