Need to create an advanced search engine for a website that currently has a simple search engine. The website CMS is php-nuke.
Today the search engine make search in all categories and in all the fields (title and description). I want an option to choose only one category to search from, or to search from all categories (drop down list).
Also, I would like to have an option to search only in the title or only in description or both (radio box).
The results sort can be changed, to sort according to date, title, rating, views.
The database searched is big and the search engine should be efficient and return the results fast.
