Amateur Hockey League CMS Website - repost

We are currently undergoing a website development project for an amateur hockey league. The league consists of 16 teams, that is, they are all the same team name, but different team levels, i.e. midgets, girls, bantam, etc., 16 teams in all. I will provide the team and website colors upon selecting the designer we choose to go with. The website will need to be a CMS custom type sports website for hockey that will be maintained by the league consisting of the following criteria: 1. Nice design with drop-down menu at the top with sub-menu items 2. Nice hockey style custom header - ESPN style...I want it to look BIG 3. Calendar system for people to follow their team schedules, events, games, etc. 4. Registration form that, after the form is submitted, automatically then jumps them to PayPal to pay registration fees 5. Highlight ticker as part of the header (upcoming games, who won a game, scores, etc) 6. Mainly, an ESPN style hockey layout 7. I will need to see some of your profile work in this sports type of CMS sports website design before we proceed. 8. Time frame: once we select a designer, we will need this completed extremely fast. 9. I am estimating that this project could take 1-1.5 weeks to complete. Let me know if this is rational.
