Im using a CMS called amember ([login to view URL]) and require a customisation to let a link to view helpdesk tickets available even if user is not logged in. Currently the owner of the ticket must be logged on to view ticket updates but i would like to remove this requirement and allow anyone with the direct link the ability to view the ticket updates.
Must come with documentation of what was changed so i can change it back myself at a later date.
