Anime - Manga Portal Clone

I want to make a clone website of anime and manga websites. Websites that feature online manga to read and the availability to download episodes of certain animes. The website should be similar to a CMS (like [login to view URL] or joomla) but it should also have integration for [login to view URL] forum software. So when loggin into the Portal section of the website, it should also login to the forum. The Manga section is really important. All the adding of new episodes should be able to be done via AdminCP or a user adding new episode of a new manga. For example an episode for a manga is about 20 pages (scanned A4 pages normally). In AdminCP there should be a section to be able to upload the complete episode (20 jpg images and show them in one category). For Manga View example, you can look at: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The Anime section will be a download section for animes (but for example a certain Anime which has new episodes every week, all new episodes should be able to be addable via AdminCP or user panel in their own folder). For Anime Download example, you can look at: [login to view URL] All the settings should be editable via AdminCP. I will have a minimal theme for the website on overall but I could need some gfx design. Also all of the sections of the website should have SEO urls for better indexing (vbulletin has its own, which I'll buy from another site). If you have any question please respond with a bid or pm.
