• Be very specific with deliverable (what will you deliver exactly): features, Modules, Project workflow.
• When will you deliver exactly (deadlines).
• Provide cost breakdown in details please (fixed rates, hourly rate, max number of hours, per project rate, CMS, etc)
• Make best practice recommendations (CMS, compressions, SEO, etc...)
• Specify if you will provide daily support and collaboration (ex. basecamp)
• Provide closest examples for similar work done & portfolio.
