We need to have a website designed for a dedicated server hosting company in Macau. The site does not need to be too fancy just something neat and professional, with green menus on a white background.
In terms of graphic design we will need the following:
1) A logo for based on the site name ("sinoservers")
2) While we will be buying photo stocks which are IT/China related to be used for the project, for the home page we need the top banner custom designed maybe with a map of China and points showing cities where our services are available.
The site should be PHP based with a single footer shared by all pages. CSS is a must with the use of external stylesheets.

We need a completed and ready to use website, we will provide all the contents and should not have work to do on our end to complete project. We are looking for a programmer who has patience, has a good eye for nice designs, and has experience in designing web hosting companies websites.
Maximum budget is 350$ and we expect the project to be completed within one month, from the proposal of demos to the site going live.
If you are bidding for the project please make sure to provide examples of web hosting sites you have designed before. There is no need to send generic portofolios of CMS or other type of web sites or web design projects you have done before as this would not be relevant.
