Attorney Referral System

We are looking for a web programmer to create a client referral system for a local bar association. This software would have a front-end that contains a form that collects the following information from a potential client (Client Info): Name, address, phone number, email address, and area of law. The software would also have a back-end that contains a form that collects the following information from an attorney (Attorney Info): Name, address, phone number, email address, and area of practice (which corresponds to area of law in the data collected on the front-end). Both Client Info and Attorney Info would be contained in a secure MySQL server. Every time a potential client enters in their Client Info, an attorney will be assigned to that client in a sequential order based on the attorney's Attorney Info. For example, if the potential client says that they are interested in retaining an attorney for a contract, the software would select the next attorney on the list that has indicated in their Attorney Info that they practice contract law. Once a match between client and attorney is made, the attorney is notified via email and a copy of the notification is also sent to the bar association for record keeping. The back-end of the software will contain a paywall, which will require an attorney to pay for the referral service via Square, PayPal, or another merchant provider. The back-end will also allow the bar association to add an attorney to the referral software when that attorney pays by check or cash on-site.
