Backup, Remove & Restore Website

We need help to take a website offline temporarily in order to do work on the server. You will NOT be doing any work on server.
The main website is a normal static website, but we also have wordpress installed in a few sub folders.
After backing up all website and saving all files and databases we will then need you to upload/reinstall/restore the website in again in about 24 to 48 hours. The website must be working EXACTLY as it is when it goes back online. So a full backup of all files and databases must be done properly before taking website offline.
The website has about 20 to 30 pages.
This is a very simple task for any developer, programmer or web designer with good basic skills.
We can pay $10 to $20 (MAXIMUM) for this project.
