Betting Tipster Competition Script + Web Designer

People will enter their picks by the odds by betting companies..When the match is over, moderators will control them..(Won or Lost or Push) And automatically system will show the top 5 of week and month and all time..etc I can show lots of webpages like [login to view URL] Design can be a little different. But main system will be the same. Every users will have their own profile..Total stakes..etc And also I want one credit system inside.. How it is.. For example.. Most viewed pick of the day will be 5 points (for example).. If someone write a comment down of pick, tipster will get 3 points..If someone shares the pick on facebook, twitter, google..Tipster will get 10 points..etc And also that credits will show on their profile.. For example xxxx (website name) points: .... I also want to see when users publish their picks.. I want to see it by my local time, coz I would like to be sure that they didnt write after the match is over..etc You know some control points.. Just the difference from betrush, tipster will not write their comments.. They will just choose their picks.. Over 2.5 - Under 2.5 or 1 or X or 2 or Over 210.5 ...etc When someone click the pick, it will open to downside and their picks will show by alittle bold text size..etc I can show some samples who gets the project.
