Brand New Dental Website

We would like a new website for our new dental practice. I like these two websites, if you can do something like this, that would be great: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Basically I would like the most important features of the website to be first and foremost making it easy for them to contact us, so making the phone number noticeable and the "request an appointment" link (like the one at [login to view URL]) noticeable are most important. Secondly, making it easy for them to find us, so maybe a few more map images in order from farther away to closer, and with a street view would be a good idea. Everything else is secondary. Here is a list of things I would like and not like in the site in order of importance: 1) Most importantly, I really like the large and noticeable "request an appointment" link at the upper right corner in [login to view URL], with a link similar to what they have, include the phone number and address somewhere noticeable saying that if the patient wants they can call. 2) The phone number prominently displayed near the top and noticeable address with map on page using google maps, with different view including a street view. Also a place to type in and get directions. Whatever you think is the easiest to see and understand quickly how to get to our practice. 3) I like the dark background (A dark blue would be great) and overall aesthetics of [login to view URL], and the horizontal menu. 4) I would like the logo at the top left corner. 5) My name , somewhere near the top but not in such large letters as in [login to view URL] (I am not that arrogant ;) ) 6) Please have a "request an appointment", phone number, contact message, and map on every page. 7) Menu tabs (running horizontally) : 1) Home 2) About Us 3) Dental Procedures 4) Why Choose Us? 5) EMERGENCY (with a “red cross” symbol as in [login to view URL]) 6) Insurance & Payments 8) If you could imitate the dental 101, emergency, and ask the doctor pages on [login to view URL] that would be great.
