Buddypress Template Pack Help

I have a Wordpress template I purchased from themeforest, it's a magazine theme. I am setting it up to work with buddypress so I can have a community with my content. I need someone to come in and finish editing step 3 for my files so everything looks right. Should be a very simple job.

Part 2- I need someone to fix my thumbnails on articles for another site of mine. I will give you the URL after you bid.

Both should be very fast and extremely simple. For someone that is familiar with wordpress and this plugin it should be about 20 minutes of work at the most.
