Build a Job Site with backend Database of Apache Solr Database

Setup a job search script that has its backend based on Apache Solr to run search queries. The site will need to resemble [login to view URL] in design with an additional feature of implementing thumbnails next job listings that are listing the job.
The job script does not require aggregation like [login to view URL] I only need the design and integration of Apache Solr.
I have a screenshot of the design I require.
The features I would like this job search site to have are:
1. Search by relevance using Apache Solr.
2. Geo Location Search for the UK.
3. Search engine friendly Url’s for example [login to view URL] instead of search string.
4. Redirect outgoing job listings using the same or similar system to [login to view URL] with the no follow attribute.
5. For search results using the search engine unfriendly urls to add the following << sales-jobs being the search term
6. The ability for users to subscribe to email search results like [login to view URL]
7. Shows how old the job listing is i.e. in hours and days like [login to view URL]
8. The ability to import my data for job listings so its searchable within the job site, my data comes in csv files so Apache Solr needs to be configured to import the data.
9. The ability to add content to search result pages that are static for example a page called [login to view URL] will be a search result page listing results for the term “sales” and I can also add content.
I will show full examples of each requirement so we are clear on what we require.
I have a strict deadline with this of 2 weeks or less. So only bid if you can complete within this timeframe.
