I'm just going to start by saying that we don't have a big budget. If you achieve certain pre-defined objectives and are easy to work with, the budget can be expanded for the full site. You will also be the first person we contact for ulterior jobs, and will be listed (if you so desire) as the developper for the team. To make your job easier, open source code from different projects (listed below) should be used, and mockups as well as explainations of what is expected will be provided. The time frame we have in mind would be certain features(NOT the full site ;) ) for as soon as early november, to allow us to tweak our design and speak to funders, and the completion date would be set to march of 2013. Le planing serrait de début novembre pour certaines fonctions (PAS le site complet!) pour nous aider à contacter des donateurs, et faire des changements au design, et le site final pour mars 2013. Pour rendre votre travail plus simple, des graphiques et mockups serront fournis, et il est encourager d'utiliser des ressources open source listées ci-dessus.
