CSS theme for php real estate script 2

Project - Design of Real Estate listing site. Strong xhtml, css knowledge. Script site: [login to view URL] There you can download demo and look in to the design files. Also download manual, to read about the script and coding. There will be 3 layouts. 1. First page 2. Page after search 3. Blank page. You have to integrate your design in to the script. You will be helped by script creator. Design should look minimalistic, easy to use, fast to load, CSS friendly, no animation, the theme should look elegant and informative.
