Classipress theme modifications (WordPress)

I am using Classipress with Jibo child theme. I need the following modifications and features added. All changes and coding must be done in a separate 'Custom CSS' file if possible, no modifications to core files that could be overwritten after update. This is the first of several similar sites to be completed this year. I am looking for a long term relationship with someone who has a outstanding track record with custom themes and plugins, especially with Classipress. Add Stripe Payment gateway with recurring payments (automatically charge customer each month for length of term. EX: $10 per month for 6 months). 2. Change maximum images per listing from 10 to 11. 3. Increase size of pop-up image on individual ads to 800 px. 4. Replace default 'No Photo Available' image. 5. Make URLs and emails in posts clickable. 6. Send ad description to a friend via email from ad listing. 7. Install Slider Ultimate plugin or similar [login to view URL] 8. Add 'Featured' tab and highlight ads like [login to view URL] 9. Add link to view map from individual listing description. 10. Add Gravity Forms Directory plugin. 11. Show me where to change header logo and color of Classipress buttons, fonts, etc. 12. Replace 'Categories' and 'Recent' tabs on homepage with 'Featured' and 'By State'. 13. Increase Google Maps search radius to 500 miles or maximum. 14. Make 'Reference ID' searchable. 15. Move 'Categories, State, Time of post' on list view ads to bottom of listing. 16.
