Closed social platform to share objects in circles - phase 1

Build a social platform with "circle" sharing method, as in Google+. The social network should be a closed one, i.e. users are registered by admin, and identified according to email (so a bulk "add users" form should be created too, one which the admin can copy name and email data from excel for example).

Features needed:

1. Google+ UI and functionality - Feed, Posting, Sharing with circles, Profile

2. Circles: There are "general circles" defined by admin, which members of circles are visible to everyone, and each user can determine his own "private circles" (which are visible only to him) in order to control sharing. User can decide which "general circles" he is part of, and for each post he posts he can decide which circles (general and private) will be able to view.

3. Profile - Email, First name, Last name, Job description, About, "general circles" the user is member of, "private circles" the user is a member of - this last characteristic changes according to whichever user is viewing the profile. Each user can edit his profile data, login is by email and password.

4. Bulk "add users" form, in which users are added by admin with these characteristics: Email, First name, Last name, Password, "general circles" the user is member of.

5. Admin can view the posts shared by each user, and also posts by all members of "general circle". He can also have reports of posts by user, general circle, time, words appearing in posts, or any combination of these (a form).

6. A fully functional "twin" mobile site ([url removed, login to view]) should be developed, and loaded automatically when entering via mobile platform.

7. Design should be clean and simple, similar to Google+

8. Everything should be compatible to RTL format and Hebrew fonts.
