Coding/programming tweaks to existing website

I publish a small website at www.profootballmock.com. There are a few tweaks I want done to this site. I am attaching a detailed list of specs, but I'll give you the short version here: 1) Design a plugin widget for me that allows me to create lists of articles. There are plenty of pre-made widgets that do this, but I need one that allows me to custimize (a) what articles are included in the widget), (b) on which specific articles the widget will appear, and (c) maintain my site's style layout. So far I haven't had any luck finding a plugin that accompishes all this, so I'd like to have one custom made. 2) Remove the content slider from my homepage, and replace it with a new slider that better serves my needs. (Details in attachement) 3) Make a handful of fairly small coding tweaks, changing things like photo caption style, article author font size, and a couple of other similar changes.
