Complete Web Site Design

We are looking for a professional web designer that has a team together of experts and can handle a good size project. It involves making 16 simple games, chat rooms, streaming video areas and a backend that will track almost everything a user does and will award points accordingly. The games themselves for the most part are games in which we will need items that are randomly picked from a group of items and will automatically calculate the correct answer to the items it chooses. We have had terrible results from this site but are willing to try again. If your name is Zoran or you have any affiliation with InfoExpress you need not bid on this project.
