We require a social network platform website that has the capability to be converted into a mobile website, and also a mobile application. A template may be purchased for use to minimize front end effort, such as socialengine. 12 months of maintenance for the website is also required. The functionality shall include but is not limited to: • Profiles: o Multi-part profiles o Profile types o Member levels & moderators o Profile Privacy Options o Custom profile layouts • Network Structure: o Two-way Friendships &/or One-way Followers o Join by Member/Admin Invitation o Degrees of separation between members (ie. Circles of friends) • Accessibility: o Integration with Facebook & LinkedIn • Activity Feed • Private Messaging • Advertising • Content Management o Drag-and-drop Site Designer • Browse & Search tools • Administration tools o Site statistics/monitoring
