Convert Wordpress AJAX Theme to HTML5/CSS3/PHP

I have a website that I have created using a Wordpress theme which uses AJAX to load all the content up. The site looks great for the user but is not good for search engine optimisation and indexing. The main problem is that we can't point users to specific pages on the website, only the home page.
We are looking to get the website converted from the current AJAX theme into a theme that uses HTML5, CSS3 and/or PHP - whatever you think would be best to achieve as close as possible look and feel of the current website.
It would still need to run from the Wordpress CMS so it is easily up-dateable. Sound like something you can do?
