This is a 1st phase of our website - a professional presentational website with 4-5 main categories with 100 pages (subcategories, expandable). It is for an agency offering linguistic, IT, web design, SEO, and marketing services. The scope of this phase is: - quote request form built in the layout of the website - sitemap - google analytics - google webmaster tools - reference gallery - RESPONSIVE layout - use PHP or HTML only - visually you should follow the layout of the template here closely: [login to view URL] - but please provide a responsive, clean, sleek, and technically perfected code (you can take the graphics provided there) !! Please provide me with a brief (3 sentences) idea how you plan to carry out this project (technically) - this is the main qualification criterion !! !! Questions are welcome !! I need someone who can work with CODE, not resell templates - this is crucial for the next phases of our project.
