Create e-commerce website

The idea of the project is the following: 1- Create a website with design like woocommerce superstore ( we can use the same template) 2- the main goal is to promote new writters and let customer/writters to upload their ebooks/docs ( they will be converted in mobi and epub and pdf on the fly) and in the future, have their books sold (this has to be included). 3- this will be a sort of crowdfunding website where writers can have also the ability to crowdfund their book! 4- Social networks integration (facebook , googleplus) Search: 1- ability to search by category (sci-fy, etc..) 2- ability to search by price range 3- ability to search by language 4- ability to search by rating 5- Dynamically showing the details on the list (Ajax Style), with link to product/book detail 6- the link leads to a description of the selected book. 7- search by publishing date Description of the book: 1- this panel will have all the comments related with it ( 6 maximum with the ability to skip page) 2- the number of downloads 3- the rating 4- the book synopsys 5- samples of the book 6- option to buy it ( if has exceeded the number of maximum downloads) 7- option to buy chapter SSite Backoffice: 1- manage the prices set to each book 2- manage the crowdfunding options 3- manage images 4- manage payments.. 5- manage site layout 6- manage site widgets 7- statistics of site usage Layout: we need the following widgets - All these widgets have to be added with ease. and easilly configured/removed ( such as wordpress plugins) 0 - Ongoing books being written (top 5 - for crowdfunding proposes) 1- top downloaded books panel ( top 5) 2- top rated books panel ( top 5) 3- Last addition books ( top 5) 4- Ads panel ( to amazon, or something similar) 5- Testimonials panel ( latest 5 testimonials) 6- top sold books (top 5) Business requirements: 1- we need to count the number of downloads made by the user. 2- after X downloads we start charging for the download ( this x is customizable in the administration backoffice) 2.1- we need a paypal integration 2.2- we will start receiving a percentage of the value the book has been sold 3- we need to have a review feature for each of the books . 4- we need a comment area for each of the books 5- have the ability for writters to submit a sketch/teaser of what they are writing. 6- ability to sell a book by chapter 7- there will be 4 profiles - Funding, Reader, Writter and reader/writer 7.1 - reader can buy and download the book that will be stored in the website (after buying this download link will only be available to that particular user) 8- When clicking in the user profile, I can select to check his details, if Reader, his read history (a sort of cart). If writer, a backoffice where he can check the amount of downloads, his amount of money made ( writter backoffice).
