Create user register, login and profile page where users can update information (php, mysql)

Hi there, I need a simple website where people can register via username and login. Afterwards they should be able to login (password need to be encrypted) into their profile page and update 6 rows of information and log out. The users need to be able to change their password and get it send to their email address. I also need a log file where I can see when which user changes password or information. (date, username, ip address). In addition, I need one "admin user" who can see all information the normal users have changed. Please respond with a time you require to get this job done. I will not give the job to people who apply with "i am the right person, lets get started". Please take this serious.
