Create a webpage to capture and report project resources and costs - repost

Create a set of webpages (HTML5, PHP) and Mysql databases that can be used for a construction project to enter resources and associated costs on the project each day. Include reporting functions, that use the data entered into these databases. This webpage is intended to be the initial part of a complete construction management website, that will be developed in stages and tested on real life projects. The intention of these webpages are to project management more efficient. Refer to the attached pdf file for a project brief. (Note, the original project did not include this PDF). Regards, Nigel
