Creation of new web site in PHP with SQL database backend

I currently have a web site [login to view URL] which is old and has recently developed some errors making it almost useless. I would like the site totally rebuilt from the ground up, with a new fresh design and operating PHP with a database backend. The site is a place for people who collect things, to show off their collections, but also to have hidden information that they can add to each item to help them document values and other important information on their collection. I have done a list of pages and features I would like them to have and I have also mades some mock-ups of the page design, which should have a modern youtube sort of feel to it. I am open to new ideas and suggestions on ways to improve the site design too. I also want to choose a coder that is happy to work with me in future to ad new features and keep the site working, so I want a coder with good communication skills, so that we can work together confidently and easily. I require you to develop the site on your server environment and you can give me a link to look at it there, then I would like all the files, with a SQL to run in PHPmyadmin to implement it on my environment. I will then test the site and once it is all working correctly I will consider the job complete.
