Hi, Thanks for posting the project. I can sense a long-term work here. I have been in web application designing and programming for past 3 years and I have a team of 4 that work with me. Though I can take the entire project, i.e. shopping cart in Java as well as front-end designing in HTML/Flex, but considering the time constraint I would like to start up with the designing part. As far as bid is concerned, an approximate bid would be $10/hour on timely basis or $20 for a simple page, $30 for a page with medium complexity and $40 for a complex page.
