We need a crowdfunding website created along the lines of Kickstarter, Rockethub or IndieGoGo.
If someone has previously done such a job and already has the code on hand that would be perfect. Then we can simply do a custom CSS style for my site, make a few adjustments to the functionality and we'll be done!
It's pretty straight forward with a bunch of categories, users create a campaign with pics, words and maybe a video We've got to have a PayPal payment option with split percentage for admin and fundraiser, overfunding option etc. It also has an "underfunding" option where the user may opt to keep the funds even if they do not reach their financial target in time.

We would need an admin console in order to edit written page content in the future, approve postings, browse payments, manage/delete breaching users etc.
