Customizations to OpenCart store

Hi,

I just recently had a developer to put together an OpenCart store for me ([Link with contact details removed by Admin]).

However, I need a bit more added to the site, which he is unable to facilitate. Please see below for details:

Required features before site can go live:

- An automatic 4% discount must be applied for customers who chose to pay via bank transfer. Only registered customers can have the option of paying via bank transfer.

- For some reason, the site currently does not notify me by email when a sale is made via bank transfer. I am notified if a sale is made by any other method. I need this fixed.

- When an item is out of stock, I need a button to appear that enables customers to get on a waiting list for that product at that price, to be notified via email when the stock comes in. I'd need the back end of this to be fairly nice to manage, as this will be used largely as a market research tool.

- I need my SSL certificates fully installed / implemented (I purchased them for 1 site (my main domain) with Go Daddy).

- I need to be able to add additional fields to each product, in the area by manufacturer, price, etc...I want to be able to add two to three fields here, such as color, condition, etc...I don't want these down below.

- Some nice theming / formatting. The site looks ok right now, but is not customized enough, and is too bare. I sell primarily Apple products. I've seen a few OpenCart shops that are quite Apple.com-esque. I don't necessarily need Apple-like though.

Additional desired features:

- I'd like customers to be able to log in and view all past orders, payments against those orders, etc...as not all customers are retail customers, and some from time to time carry credit or debit balances.

- Facebook like button for each product.

- Integration of Square Trade warranties.

- For some reason, the light-shaded box around the "continue" button on my Terms page is huge, and I need that fixed.

About me / my site:

- I have 10 domains registered with Go Daddy, which will be used only as redirects to my main domain, which is registered with 1&1. My main 1&1 domain is in the process of being moved from my previous developers server (he was also going to host for me) back to 1&1's servers.

- The store is about complete, but just needs a few features, some polishing, and to have all of the finalizing technical stuff done (getting it hosted and live, SEO stuff, etc...).

- I have all of the site content located on my personal computer.

- I am partially familiar with CSS, HTML, Visual Basic, C++.

- I know nothing of PHP

- I would be certainly defined as tech savvy, but want the majority of the technical work to be handled by you (which is why I'm making this post). I've no doubt that I could learn PHP enough from forums, articles, and videos to get the job done. However, I simply don't have the time in the day to do that, nor can I afford to wait that long to get the site up (Christmas is here!!).

- I need someone professional.

I'm looking to get all of this completed within 6 - 10 days. My last developer was painfully slow, and fell through on every single estimated completion date. I don't think the site needs much more work.
