Customize magento catalog to allow for affiliate products (external checkout at partners site) and create a buy & sell marketplace for members to buy & sell items (internal checkout on our site)

Our website is based on 2 concepts.
• Advertising affiliate products from partners on our site and users are re-directed to the partners for checkout
So, we need the cart to be amended so that it caters for both internal products (market place) and external (affiliate products). i.e. “Go to shop” button for external checkout (affiliate) [url removed, login to view] example of what we need is discussed here - [url removed, login to view] In addition we hired someone 2 yrs ago to do a proof of concept for us– see our project here - [url removed, login to view]
• Buy and Sell (Market Place) for users/members to buy/sell their new, nearly new or vintage items on our site. This extension is a good example of what we want - [url removed, login to view]
Task # 1: We need the shopping cart to be amended to allow for both affiliate (external) products - checkout at our partners website and marketplace (internal) products – checkout within the site.
Task # 2: Buy and Sell (Market Place) for users/members to buy/sell items on our site.
Task # 3: We need “My account” to be amended to include marketplace details (Bought & Sold products details), messaging and social shopping functionalities
Key Notes:
• This is an urgent requirement therefore DO NOT bid if you have too many projects at present or cannot start work on this immediately
• We have great magento working knowledge and have a good understanding technically what needs to be done. So DO NOT over inflate your quote as your bid WILL NOT be considered for this work
• Only bid for this project if 1) You have done something similar or 2) You can prove that you have proficient skills to deliver the project.
• DO NOT bid if you just “think” you can do this and do not have a portfolio to prove your level of Magento knowledge

Note: We are asking you to create a new website for us. We already have one. we are asking you to create new functionalities to an existing site!
