Customize a php database script

I need the atttached PHP database script customized. I only need 4 things done. 1. create Login for 3 different kinds of membership 2. Restrict profile ( page) views after 5 views…. ( they can view the same 5 as much as they want., but they have to pay for any new unique views. 3. Payment gateway. With 3 different packages. ( you can use any free open source os gateway ) 4. integrate the ezdatabase software to the site template / design Instructions.
