Dating software customization

I have just purchased this software.

I want to modify the default template:

Change regions and cities (as per attached [url removed, login to view]), disable countries

Please make sure this works in the mobile version as well

Change default Tabs arrangement (see attached PG DP [url removed, login to view])

When the title of the Tab is clicked it goes directly into the first item of that Tab

New members tab -> shows news members in gallery form

Add a top search bar, placed below the Tabs in a separate block, with the layout

"I am a [ ] looking for a [ ] between age [ ] to [ ] region [ ] city [ ] with photo [ ] online now [ ] (search button)"

(Basically rearranging the regular quick search block)

Front page layout (when logged out)

Change the new faces grid: 10 x 3

Put Facebook social plugin below Quick Search bar on the right (below Quick Search but on top of News) (I have the code)

Put a place for banner on the top, to the right of the logo (editable from the admin mode)

Profile view

Change from the default: [url removed, login to view]

Into the attached PROFILE [url removed, login to view]

smaller cat photos will load on the main photo on first mouseclick and go into the default slideshow on second mouseclick

The order of tabs: General Description | Wall | Photos

Disable categories when uploading photos

Disable audio and video
