Design and Code a Home Cleaning Site w/ e-Commerce

We are looking for our company website to be designed and coded from the ground-up. This project will require quite a bit of communication between our company and the designer(s) to ensure our vision and goals are met. A bit about us: We are a start-up green home cleaning business. We serve our local community and promote ourselves as eco-friendly, technology-focused, and community-based. We are small, versatile, and flexible and would like our website to convey these traits and values. We have a mock-up PSD of the website we have envisioned but are not at all overly attached to it. We are not web designers/developers and we will take all input and suggestions seriously. The site will require a few standard pages, including: home page, about us, services, pricing, checkout, and possibly an extra page or 2. Fairly standard. We will also have an e-commerce section to the site. Here clients will be able to select their house-type, add additional cleaning services, see the total cost, and check out. We would like for clients to check out directly on our website, but understand this may not be practical/possible, and would be open to using Google Checkout, paypal, or another service. We would like this checkout page to send customers a receipt of their transaction as well as create a customized invoice for our end.
