Design/ Create Simple Food Delivery Website

Hello Freelancers, I had a similar project however due to budget issues with higher than anticipated equipment costs we now have to scale down our website demands to a more simplified one. Below you will find more details about the website we want created however if you have any questions contact us for more details. I deliver grocery items for individuals and need a website that can serve two purposes. One, allow customers to reserve times online for me to come to their house to shop items on my truck. Two, allow customers to order and pay for items online and at the end choose day and time for delivery. On top of that I only need three other pages (about us, contact us, tips & recipes). On the homepage I like to have a simple image slider, text, and maybe other simple things to fill it out but no bells and whistles needed. To keep costs low I am open you doing this entire website in Wordpress or any other lower costs alternative. I only need this site to be 100% operational with no bugs or quirks that would affect customers or the ability to receive orders or scheduled delivery times.
