Design and Create web based app for creating animated videos from pre-made templates(slides)

Hi there. I’m looking for someone who can design and create web based app for creating animated videos from pre-made slides. Basically the app will have pre-made animated templates created from slides or just slides on its own added under different categories. The slides should be editable: - change background - change colour - change text - add image - add effects; more animation The app should allow you to choose any background music from the playlist or add your own music track and/or voiceover for video. Allow you to download and/or share created video. Allow you to add your own video slides. Example: I’m a customer and I want to create an animated video. I see front of me some pre-made video templates under different categories. I choose one template which has 11 slides and start to edit it. But I don’t like the 6th slide from the template so I simply delete it or change for another one from different category. After I finish my editing/creating a video I want to add music and voiceover to my video. If everything is done I want to share and download my created video. The app should be easy to navigate and simple to use for a customer. Something similar like VideoMakerFX(but this is not a web based app) or [login to view URL] Happy bidding. Thank you
