Development of eCommerce platform - repost

Pokit is a brand new way to purchase and sell products online however to do these two things Pokit needs a website. Pokit is a new eCommerce platform with a touch of Groupon. We require someone to build us an eCommerce platform that is very basic. It will allow the user to create an account, look at products we're offering them and to look at purchased products. Pokit works by our customers giving us the URL to a product they want and then our system reading the product name and price on the URL and showing a better solution, this is called Data extraction. This will not need to be programmed as we're looking at pre-made software to do this such as Connotate. If this can't be done by automation the data will be collected manually. I have already created detailed workflows to show how each process works, I will present these to you and then you can tell me if you can do it. Pokit is a very basic platform to be programmed, it does not involve customers searching products on our website but involves us (Pokit) offering better prices on products submitted via URL.
