Hello, we do have a srs document for this project. document is a very brief overview of the project, unfortunately our customer are not going to give us any more details. however if you have specific questions we can ask. its basically some functionalities of [login to view URL] (not all) only those features mentioned in doc. we'll have to add entire admin section features from our end, and before implementing have to confirm the scope with client - so this project would require a detailed proposal that includes project milestones, each features & functionalities to be implemented in user section as well as in admin section. we need someone to work on this dedicatedly and regular status reporting. please keep in mind that the timeframe & budget is very tight, however with justification we can extend it a little bit. please provide with some good work you have done in PHP & MySQL, similar work would be an advantage. requirement document mentioned above would be provided to those we find suitable based on this.
