Hi. This is the second post for this project. The freelancer that was hired has just gone awol. We have the entire website design frontend. We need someone to code the Content management system, develop a photo gallery, as well as add a member/registration facility. Another feature we want added is a Instant Messaging System whereby members can message other members from inside the website. Our design template for this project is : [login to view URL] The gallery i want designed is from [login to view URL] (thats how the actual gallery must look and feel) 1. Registration and Login Page must be made to work, user is sent a welcome email with his username and password. All his info as well as his profile must be stored on a mySQL database. The member must also be able to update his details and profile from inside the members section. The registration page must be divided into 3 sections to make it look easy for the user. first he fills in his username, password, email address, then clicks next, new page opens, fills in all the other datails, clicks next, and then fills in the rest. Clicks Finish and register. Done. 2. When a guest registers, he becomes a Silver Member. His status shows as silver. From the backend/admin, i must have a facility where i can add members i want into the Gold Member Group. Gold members may have certain priviledes which i can set from the backend. 3. Code the webgallery, just like [login to view URL] The gallery must have a backend where it is easy to update photos. The photos gallerys will be displayed as per catagory. If u look at the template we designed - [login to view URL] if u click on gallery, it drops down various types of gallerys, eg. club pics. resturant pics. beach pics etc. When the user selects a catagory, he will be shown a list of albums available in date order. So example: 18th October will have maybe 10 albums listed - and then the next date. Each album will be listed by venue catagory, venue name and description. Refer to the heading Latest Pics on the template above for info. All the gallery pages must be laid out like that. 4. Content Management System, look at the other pages of content, i need a backend to allow me to update everyting from the home page content, dj profiles etc. The content Management must have 3 user Levels - Site Owner (do everything) - Author (edit only assigned pages) - Browse - (view the backend, no changes) 5. Once a User is logged into the website. He will have access to an instant message system. He can click on a link to 'View All Online Members' - the system will then list all the members that are online in the form - 'Username' in City at 'Campus' IMS The member can then click on IMS, and send that particular user a text message. The message is delivered to that members inbox and he sees his inbox as new message. The members all must have a messaging menue which includes, inbox, sent message as well as ability to delete messages and an option to set status of their profile as offline. 6. Dedications Page - All registered members may post dedications. birthday wishes etc on a message board. Messages are active for 30 days, and then are deleted. 7. Classifieds Sections - Members can post ads, view ads etc. Nothing complicated, simple system. 8. Forum - Intergrate a discussion forum to work with the website. 9. Chatroom - I will provide a chat script for install. 10. Newsletter - From the backend I can sent out newsletter to all members that wanted to recieve mail from us. I can also mail selected users by Age Group, Smoking preference, City, Campus, Area. Basically, mail by method of selecting various variables or more than 1 varioble. example. Send Newsletter to ONLY members that are from 'CITY A' that attend 'CAMPUS B' and have 'SMOKING PREF A' 11. Banner Ad Management. Down the right hand side, ull notice a bar. i want banner ads to go there. The management system must allow me to post new banner ads, as well as view reports on each banner. ALso a banner will go on the top. a System which allows the advertisor to login to the banner ad management system and view the stats of his/her banners. 12. Guestlist Facility : once the member logs in, he can click on a page to view all available guestlists. He can then click on a specic one, and click register and fill in number of people that will be coming with him. The system must automatically fill in his name and surname and email address. The guestlist info must go into a database. From the backend i can draw reports and print for each party. I must be able to set an expire date as well as a limit of number of registrations for each guestlist. Also. some guestlists will only allow Gold Members to register. Ok thats about it. There will be other features we may add in the months to come. So there will be more work and more money for you. I dont want any chancers, we are delayed as it is, we dont have much time. I need someone that can understand english well, and can deliver. No empty promises. The front end is designed, so its just coding from here on. Weve checked with local companies in our country, even tho some of these features sound complex, they are actually not, most are basic and any good PHP programmer will have a good idea of the way to do it. I need some that not only codes well, but understands design or has a designer, so that hes code will work well with the design we have. The backed must also be neat and easy to work with. So see this project as the start of a long profitable relationship. The person that develops this for us, will immediatly be given our next project which we have ready to be developed.
