A detailed, web site creation project planning Gantt chart - open to bidding

I would like you to design for me a project management Gantt Chart. We are designing a web site similar to Healthgrades.com. The website will pool information about doctors and hospitals. The website user i.e. the patient or referring doctor will be able to find the nearest/ most appropriate/highly ranked doctor, make bookings, rate doctors and find out about hospitals etc (same as healthgrades). The doctors or their managers will be able to log on and change certain aspects of their profiles. Website should also be able to accept payments from these doctors to edit aspects of their profile. Our site content will include:

• images,

• documents (predominantly PDFs),

• audio files,

• videos (embedded from YouTube or self-hosted),

• Adobe flash files,

• content feeds (from other websites),

• photos,

• RSS feeds,

• Facebook & Twitter sharing links,

• Banner advertising,

• Forms

• Registration

• Link management

• Search

• Staff directory

• Articles

• Payments

• database

Average length of chart, 2 pages.

The website will be predominantly for Windows platforms although we will branch to Mac and Linux platforms later. #

We will also need a mobile website.

Please inform us of the best way to work with each aspect of the Gantt chart.

Basically we want a duplicate of healthgrades.com. We like the clean look and feel as well as the user experience, site navigation, features of the site. We will also be adding in a few more features such as video, audio.

Ultimately we will like a nice skin, a good feel and look.

As an addition, can you please suggest to me the best type of website I can make for what I need, and give its pros and cons?
