Hi,
I am looking for someone to produce a 2c2 website similar to [url removed, login to view] or amazon.com.
I want the system to work like [url removed, login to view]
Where people can register as seller or buyer.
Items can be uploaded by seller, where buyer can buy it.
After buyer purchase and receive the item, buyer can leave feedback for seller.
I will need all the functions found in [url removed, login to view]
If I choose you or your team, you should not give an excuse that you did not know Gmarket had this function.
Special requirement: I will need escrow service.
Payment terms:
the chosen freelancer will receive 5% upfront
After they come up with the technicial plan and timeline of how the whole project will be going, the next 5 % will be given.
When the site is completed, (not live yet), I will pay another 10%.
After uploading to my live system, the rest of the 80% will then be paid out.

I ONLY WANT SOMEONE EXPERIENCED IN C2C websites, if you cannot provide any form of experiences, DO NOT APPLY.
I paid 3000USD to some idiots who couldnt come up with this system in another freelancer website.
Could have gotten a reliable US IT developement company with the payment for this and previous project.
