A website similar to ebay - repost

Hi, FIRST OF ALL READ THE DESCRIPTION ATTACHED BEFORE YOU BID! DO NOT BID AND THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY BECAUSE YOU DID NOT READ MY DETAILS OR I WILL REPORT YOU, LIKE I JUST DID WITH THE PREVIOUS FREELANCER! I need a website with a closed community, where people meet, post their products. Members must pay to be able to have a profile on this website via paypal credit card and guests can see the other members items but can not send message to them or view their contact info. Each member’s username is not visible if you are not registered. They must be able to create a profile, put all their items there with pictures and description and other members can leave comments to their items and offers for exchange with their own items. The website must have advanced search engine and filters so each member can search by his own precise terms, like for example mister Joe wants to find a red car from 1990 made in england with an engine up to 2 liters, diesel… he must have filters to help him find those cars easily. Also share with facebook buttons needed. We can use a template, i don't care that much if its original or not... the design however must be simple (google like) with buttons and text a bit larger than normal, because most of my members are people over 50 years old, and i want the interface to be comfortable to them. I attached a sample jpg here, with large fonts and buttons. I also need an admin account from where 2 employees (admins) can check the users profiles and pictures for conformity issues. For example the admins have to check all profiles for putting any email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal information in pictures of their products or on their profile… therefore i want a marking system for these admins to be able to see all profiles that are not verified by admins and mark them lets say in green color (verified profiles) and red color unverified profiles so each admin can see the remaining unverified profiles. Then i need any changed profiles or users who add new pictures or items in their catalog to be in yellow. therefore the admin will know that yellow profiles had been verified before and are in good standing but the users added more items that are not yet checked. I also need a rating system 10 stars ✡, and a short comment max 500 characters, that the users can write to each other’s profile. The admin can rate every user and mark if he gave a user a warning and those warning must be seen beside his profile and at three warnings the profile can be deleted or suspended by the admin. I need those details to be visible to all users from the site, and i need them to be invisible also if i want to. I am not yet decided upon the visibility of the users good standing and advertisements. I also need an admin comment to each user that can only be seen by the admins! This field must be unlimited length of characters. I would like to have search filters by these criterias, and if i decide later or have any ideas i want to be able to add any more filters: - a users number of items (lets say i want to find all users that have maximum 10 items, or lets say i want to see top 10 users with most items in their profiles) - year product was made - the place the product was made (made in UK for example) - replica or original - filter by price range - by color - location of the user - actual location of the product - by price - by the class of the products - garden, pc, books, and so on… The ability to add new filters later. The website i see it similar with an ebay site. Think about using a template first, that you can modify before asking a big price. Thats it, i'm looking for the cheapest price and be finished in max 30 days. I dont care if you use a template as long as it looks good and modern.
