automate third party payment registration

We have a site that connects buyers and sellers. We need to be able to charge the seller a fee every time a buyer makes a purchase (oscommerce).

We have been trying to use Amazon Simple Pay Marketplace ([url removed, login to view]) but we have one annoying problem to resolve.

When a new seller signs up to our site, we force them to go to the Amazon site and fill out a form on Amazon to get a unique identifier from Amazon. The form is really meant for developers to use and is not appropriate for Seller's. The form is found at [url removed, login to view]

The problem with the form is that it asks the user what fee our site should charge them. This is nonsense because it is not up to the seller what we should charge them. It is a fixed fee according to our policy. The other things it asks are what is the return URL from a transaction. Again, this is nonsense as our site knows where to return a visitor after processing a transaction.

This project requires the programmer to make this entire process automated so that the Seller only needs to enter their Amazon id/password and the system will create their marketplace button automatically without sending them to Amazon Sandbox form.

There are two places on the site where this occurs. Once in signing up for the first time and again when adding products to the catalog.

I will also entertain solutions that use Paypal rather than Amazon.

I have had programmers working on a solution for this for weeks and we have not been able to find a solution. The winner of this bid MUST have proven ability that they know how to make this work. Expect to be questioned extensively on specifics to your solution. I will not pay for someone to figure this out. I will pay for them to have it solved.

This is not a lot of work, the system is fully in place. The only thing remaining is programming the parameters rather than relying on the Amazon Simple Pay form.
