ASP/SQL website for reports generation to PDF

We have a lot of small databases (medical practice management) and I need a password-protected website on our server which will parse the data and generate reports into a downloadable PDF file. We run Terminal Server for some bigger clients but our smaller clients call us for reports to be sent to them. I want these smaller clients to be able to Login to their practice-data only, select patient by name, simple checkbox for the following report-types. [patient statement],[authorization list],[billing number balance by patient] and a few others not thought of at this time. It should print-preview and give the option to print locally -or- download the PDF locally.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The underlying program schema is thus: MS-SQL 2000 running on a Member server/Terminal Server on our LAN. The commercial program database which accesses the SQL dB is Lytec 2006 Client/server SP4. DC is a WIN SBS2k3 with access granted via a DDNS service.
