I want a web based application that, after the client fills in a small form to give their preferences, creates an ActiveX "spyware" type of download that they can purchase to distribute to their website visitors. Both our application and the ones that our application creates will have disclaimers and a terms acceptance that will make it legal. There are specific requirements for the information that the customer enters into the form, I will elaborate for the accepted coder.
The jist is;
I want to, LEGALLY, have a Spyware Maker website. I know that we will catch some flak for this, but there is a difference between invisibly installing an object on someone's computer and asking them if they want the convenience of a helper application. There must be a small freebee application that the resulting application gives away that will make it wanted.
Please submit your ideas, if any, with your bid. If your bid amount is not accepted by our request setup, please note that on your reply.
