Audio editor

Must be in Delphi 6 or 7

ActiveX components for processing audio files will be provided.

This audio editor software should be able to perform all of the audio file transformation methods included in the ActiveX control like:

**Amplify** audio data

**Insert** time delay in audio array

**Modulate** audio array

**Invert** audio array

**Reverse** audio array

**Mix** two audio arrays

...

The user should be able to undo the changes (transformations) and make multiple changes on the fly before saving.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
